epic tornado dog
Remember the Tuscaloosa Tornado.. yeah it was about 3 weeks ago now. Well this story blew my mind when i read it yesterday.

I love dogs. i really do
This pooch was taking cover in the garage when the massive tornado swept him away .. who knows how far and how high this dog went. But he somehow managed to crawl back home safely, or semi-safely.
I read that the Joplin tornado had carried some debris over 50 miles from start to destination so this dog definitly has an Epic tale to tell.

getting the ball rolling
Hey Everyone, welcome to one of the mosty epic places in the universe...Earth. (or the Epic Weather Blog)
The latest round of intense severe weather that rolled through the States has provided me with more then enough to start this blog. Yes, im talking about the deadly tornado outbreak of May 2011. There has been over 250+ tornadoes last weekend and lots of epicness to go around.
The f5 Joplin Tornado tragedy was only a precursor to the massive low pressure system which started its rain of terror from Oklahoma, Kansas, and North Texas and pushed through the eastern U.S in the last few days. Luckily, there wasnt any more incidents like the Joplin Twister. There were many tornadoes though ripping a deadly path along more rural areas. Here in Southlake , we got our share of the weather as golfball sized hail pounded my home and multiple tornadoes were Spotted in the DFW metroplex.
So.. come share your epic weather stories or come to read my postings of epicness. Ill be posting a few stories from over the weekend now.. Enjoy!
